Chemical Peels, Needling, and Energy such as Microcurrent devices are some of the least invasive anti-aging treatments available today. We have a variety of options when it comes to these approaches.
Chemical Peels are a form of chemical exfoliation to renew the surface of the skin and repair flaws in the skin such as fine lines, wrinkles, acne, acne scarring, enlarged pores, melasma etc. It is important to know you do not always peel with a peel. At BASE we use fruit enzymes, Alpha-hydroxy acid, Beta-hydroxy acid, and other acids such as retinoic acid to resurface the skin depending on your skin type and concern.

TCA, Glycolic, Lactic, Salicylic, Kojic, Azelaic, Arbutin, Hydroquinone, and Pure Retinol are in our arsenal. The chemical chosen will reflect the desired outcome of the client. The level of the peel you desire does require some foundation work for level II and above. This means that if you haven’t had a peel before, we must condition your skin for weeks leading up to peeling to this depth.
Enzymes, Boosters/Add-on’s, and Level I Peels do come in a variety of strengths, acid varieties, and focuses however primarily effect the epidermal or the most superficial layer of the skin categorizing this type as a superficial peel. Therefore, it is not required in most cases to prepare for this type of chemical exfoliation.
Level II and Level III Peels can only be provided by a medical professional and work deeper into the skin surface down to the dermis. This often will require 6+ weeks of skin conditioning and additionally some down time.
Skin conditioning consists of a skincare protocol recommended by a professional including a retinol and possibly other exfoliating and repairing ingredients to prepare and strengthen the skin.
Most peels are recommended to be done in a series, rather than a one and done type service. It is not suggested that you peel aggressively in the initial treatments, as it is important to see how the skin reacts, and what the client can handle. After the initial treatment, more aggressive treatments may be suitable yielding more noticeable results.

BASE Face Booster
This peel does not involve any downtime and is the perfect treatment for a lunch break! The peel is made up of a combination of lactic, citric, and salicylic acid plus potent concentrations of other active ingredients to exfoliate the skin, stimulate the growth of collagen and elastin, and reduce lines, wrinkles, and other blemishes.
BASE Level I Chemical Peel

BASE Level II Chemical Peel
The BASE Level II Peel produces powerful results with no skin preparation, minimal discomfort, and a few days of downtime. We are able to reverse the hands of time by successfully treating the signs of aging, sun damage, and the effects of environmental pollutants on your skin. The BASE Level II peel corrects skin problems at the cellular level rather than just on the surface of the skin. The combined acids erase fine lines, wrinkles, actinic keratoses, treat enlarged dilated pores, build collagen and elastin to tighten the skin, repair and reduce breakouts, control oil, improves the appearance post-acne scarring, soften lines, and provides an even smooth skin texture.
